With more than twenty years of international experience in the culinary world,
Chef Sampath brings a refined blend of craftsmanship,
passion, and creativity to the kitchen.
He began his career in 1996 and has since worked with
world-renowned hospitality brands such as Hilton, Jumeirah,
Armani Hotel at Burj Khalifa, and Cinnamon Hotels in Colombo, as well as
for Tsukiji Uoichi, a celebrated Japanese restaurant group based in
Tokyo and Kanagawa.

A true specialist in Japanese cuisine, he masterfully combines
traditional flavors with modern presentation and a contemporary twist.
His dedication to quality and perfection can be tasted in every dish,
from elegant sushi to refined fusion creations.
Beyond his culinary talent,
Chef Sampath stands out for his commitment to training and
mentoring young chefs. By guiding and inspiring them, he not only helps them
develop their skills but also creates meaningful job opportunities and a sustainable
